Survey Crew Chief

LOCATION: Sandy, Oregon

Job Summary
All County Surveyors & Planners Inc (ACS) has an immediate opening for a full-time Survey Crew
Chief at our Sandy, Oregon office. In this position, you will work closely with our Professional Land
Surveyors and Project Engineers. This is a dynamic position with flexibility to grow and work on
projects that you enjoy. ACS provides surveying, engineering, and land use planning to a variety of
public and private clients. Projects include boundary surveys, subdivision plats, partitions, ALTA
surveys, topographic surveys, site plans, construction staking and more. The ideal candidate will
have 5+ years of relevant experience as a Survey Crew Chief.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Experience in field work and data collection for boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and
• construction staking using a robotic total station or two-person survey crew.
• Experience with supervising field technician staff, including training and mentoring.
• Experience with GPS equipment and procedures.
• Must be organized and have good writing and communication skills.
• Must be available for occasional travel, overnight stay, and overtime when needed.
• Must be able to carry out detailed instructions from office staff.
• Must have a clean driving record with valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug test.
• LSIT, CAD experience, Topcon experience a plus.
