STEP TWO

Check out our fun items! On the auction page, each auction item is accompanied by a picture and title.  Further details are displayed by clicking on the respective “DETAIL” button.  All items are listed, but to review a single category of items, select one of the category titles on the right side of the auction page.  Note that some items are listed with more than one category.

STEP THREE

Register to Bid!

    1. Click the “register to bid” link (see photo)
    2. Complete the personal information page
    3. Fill out the account set up tab that follows
    4. Then complete the contact detail page, including credit card information.  CC information will only be used if you are a successful bidder or choose to purchase raffle tickets
    5. Enter the verification code that will be sent by text or email and click “Submit”

You can help build the future of our surveying profession in three ways. 

One: Attend the Education & Outreach and bid on items donated by your professional colleagues. Registration opens November 1.

Two: Donate a quality item to the Auction. Click here to download the auction form.  Please contact the PLSO Office if there are questions.

Three: Purchase a raffle ticket! All proceeds go to the Scholarship Fund. Find out more information here.

Donation Ideas

Experiences: Weekend at a rental house, fishing or white water rafting, concert or sporting game tickets, etc.

Equipment: NEW or GENTLY used. There is a fine line between antique and just too old to use.

Luxury Items: Wine, Artisan liquor, Handcrafted beer, food gift baskets

Home Decor: Photography, artwork, etc.

Money raised by the Education and Outreach Auction will go towards supporting our scholarship funds and the activities of the Educational and Outreach Committee.

Objectives of the committee are:

  • To promote recognition of the surveying profession.
  • To introduce elementary and secondary students to surveying.
  • To support and promote college survey programs.
  • To work in conjunction with the Scholarship Committee to point qualified candidates toward scholarships in surveying.
  • Promote the importance, opportunities and responsibilities of a surveying career. 
  • Serve as a resource for public and the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying (OSBEELS).
