In-Person Event Overview
Move-in
January 17: 5 p.m. January 18: Be moved in by 7 a.m. and completely set up at 9:30 a.m. for the first networking break.
January 18: 9:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. January 19: 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. January 20 is optional
Move-out
January 20 at 5:00 p.m. or January 21 at 1 p.m.
Booth Space
Booths are 10’ x 10’ with electricity, wireless internet access, one table (skirted and linen top), wastebasket, and two chairs. The exhibit hall is carpeted. Includes booth space, name badge, attendee list, meals; two people per booth space – additional badges may be purchased for $100 (may switch out if people aren’t there at the same time).
Security
Security is provided the night of January 18. Vendors are expected to occupy their booth(s) during conference hours.
