Base fee:
  • Includes the cost of (1) 10x10 booth space and meals for (2) people and $50 donation to Education & Outreach Auction

Move-In, Exhibit, and Tear-Down Schedule


Tuesday, January 13

Move-In:
8:00–10:00 PM

  • The Salem Convention Center will keep this area gated and locked; however, it will not be secured until 10:00 PM.

  • Private security will not be provided this evening. Please plan to set up expensive equipment in the morning if possible.

Wednesday, January 14

Morning Move-In (must be complete by 10:00 AM):

  • 7:00 AM: Attendee check-in begins; attendees may walk the exhibit area. Coffee and pastries provided.

  • 8:30 AM: First sessions begin; some attendees may still be checking in.

  • 10:00 AM: First break; coffee stations will be set up near the booths.

Lunch:

  • 12:00 PM: Jered McGrath will invite vendors to briefly introduce themselves at the end of lunch.

Vendor Cocktail Reception:

  • 5:00 PM: Cocktails and appetizers as attendees visit booths and network

Security:

  • 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Thursday)

Thursday, January 15

  • Exhibits open all day.

  • Sessions end at 5 PM and Attendees make their way upstairs to the Education & Outreach Auction. Exhibitors are invited to attend and support the future of the land surveying community. 

  • Private Security is ordered from 5 PM - 7:30 AM (Friday). Exhibitors may tear down during dinner if they wish.

    Friday, January 16

    • Exhibiting is optional

    • 1:30 PM: Tear-down and move-out begins after lunch.
