Base fee:
  • Includes the cost of (1) 10x10 booth space and meals for (2) people and $50 donation to Education & Outreach Auction

Exhibitor Happenings

Tuesday, January 13

Move-in:
  • 8 - 10 PM
  • While Salem Conference Center keeps this area gated and locked, it will not be secure until 10 PM. Security will not be available this night, so be sure to set up expensive equipment in the morning


Wednesday, January 14

Morning Move-in must be complete by 10 AM: 
  • 7 AM: Attendees will be checking-in and walking around
  • 8:30 AM: Attendees will be in their first session; some stragglers still checking-in
  • 10 AM: Attendees will be out for their first break 
Lunch:
  • NOON: Jered McGrath will be asking you to come up to quickly introduce yourself at the end of the lunch.
Vendor Cocktail Reception:
  • 5:30 PM: Cocktails and appetizers as attendees peruse the booths and chat.
Security:
  • 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM Thursday

Thursday, January 15

  • Exhibit all day
  • Exhibitors are invited to support the future of land surveying at the Education & Outreach Auction. If not attending, you may begin tear down at 6 PM. 
  • Security:
    • 5:30 PM - 7:30 AM Friday
Friday, January 16
  • 1:30 PM: Tear down and move-out starts after lunch.

Booth Inclusions:

  • Booth space, name badge, attendee list, meals; two people per booth space – additional badges may be purchased for $100 (may switch out if people aren’t there at the same time).
