Registration

(depends on selected options)

Base fee:
  • Includes the cost of (1) 10x10 booth space and meals for (2) people
  • Includes the cost of (1) 10x10 booth space and meals for (2) people
  • Includes the cost of (2) 10x10 booth spaces and meals for (4) people
  • Includes the cost of (2) 10x10 booth spaces and meals for (4) people



Move-in

  • January 13: TBD (dependent upon Venue)
  • January 14: Be moved in by 7 a.m. and completely set up at 9:30 a.m. for the first networking break.
Exhibits Hours
  • January 14: 9:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • January 15: 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • January 16 is optional

Move-out

  • January 15 at 5:00 p.m. or January 16 at 1 p.m.

Booth Space

  • Booths are 10’ x 10’ with electricity, wireless internet access, one table (skirted and linen top), wastebasket, and two chairs. The exhibit hall is carpeted.
  • Includes booth space, name badge, attendee list, meals; two people per booth space – additional badges may be purchased for $100 (may switch out if people aren’t there at the same time).
  • Booth price includes a $50 donation to the Education & Outreach Auction

Security

  • Security is provided the night of January 14 and 15. Vendors are expected to occupy their booth(s) during conference hours.
