Job Description
- Assist in supervising survey crews and office technicians
- Accurately and efficiently perform land survey work for public and private clients on time and within budget
- Oversees the field data collection, office reduction and calculations for base map preparation, boundary and easement surveys, and construction surveying
- Periodic short periods of travel may be needed if project requires
- Reports to the Oregon Survey Manager
Job Requirements
- Role also includes supporting other PACE offices
- Efficient oral and written communication skills
- Strong business development skills
- Strong office and field skills performing urban and rural surveys
- Ability and desire to acquire new clients, projects and grow team
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-discipline, team environment
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Familiarity with Trimble equipment a plus
- Experience with Bentley MicroStation, 3D scanning and/or UAS Drone Technology a plus
Experience requirements
- Dynamic and outgoing personality with the ability to build new client relationships
- Professional Land Surveyor license in Oregon in good standing
- Two or more years of licensed experience
