In-Person Event Overview

Move-in

  • January 18: Available to start at 7 p.m. (will confirm later if it can be earlier)
  • January 19: Be moved in by 7 a.m. and completely set up at 9:30 a.m. for the first networking break.
Exhibits Hours
  • January 19: 9:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • January 20: 8 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Move-out

  • January 20 at 3:00 p.m.

Booth Space

  • Booths are 10’ x 10’ with electricity, wireless internet access, one table (skirted and linen top), wastebasket, and two chairs. The exhibit hall is carpeted.
  • Includes booth space, name badge, attendee list, meals; two people per booth space – additional badges may be purchased for $100 (may switch out if people aren’t there at the same time).

Security

  • Security is provided the night of January 20. Vendors are expected to occupy their booth(s) during conference hours.

  • Set-up Virtual booth information for all attendees to use for follow-up, watch demo videos, etc.
