2026 Government Affairs Issues, Lobby Day Planned
NSPS Government Affairs Committee Chairman Mark Sargent and Executive Director Tim Burch met earlier this week with the society's Federal lobbying consultants, Miller-Wenhold Capitol Strategies (MWCS) to review
2025 activities, set 2026 priorities and plan the
2026 NSPS Day on the Hill. Pictured (l-r) are Burch, Sargent and MWCS's John "JB" Byrd and John Palatiello. The NSPS "Lobby Day" or "Day on the Hill" when members of the society's board of directors and other interested members visit the offices of Congressmen and Senators on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, will be on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
